What we collect

When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, optional company name and the content of your message.

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand how the website is used. It collects aggregated, anonymised data such as pages visited, referring site, browser, device type and country. It does not use cookies to track you across websites.

Our hosting provider records standard server logs, such as IP address and request time, for security and troubleshooting.

Why we use it

We use contact form information only to respond to your enquiry and, where you engage us, to discuss and deliver services. We use analytics data to improve the website. We do not sell personal information or use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

Who we share it with

Contact form messages are delivered to us by email through our email service provider, Resend. The website is hosted by Vercel. These operators process information on our behalf and may store it outside South Africa, subject to appropriate safeguards. We do not otherwise share your information unless required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to respond and maintain a record of our business communications, and delete it when it is no longer required.

Your rights

Under POPIA you may ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to its processing. Email us at the address above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa (inforegulator.org.za).

Security

This website is served over HTTPS, and access to enquiry information is restricted to people who need it to respond to you.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date below shows when it last changed.
